I called a week in advance, made an appointment, that day of the appointment, something came up, before noon, my scheduled time, so I canceled, and divine intervention intruded, and was, after all to keep my scheduled app. Living in louisburg, it was great news. Made it to “I am wireless, “Sylvester already knew my issue,by describing over the phone. So we met, I left my phone, went to the park ,45 mins later, brand new screen, just like a new one out of the S22 ultra Box, it came in. It’s been 3 weeks, couldn’t be more over joyed, with not only my phone being prestige, but Sylvester is a charming dude, charismatic, and knows his Call of Duty. Thank you , Sylvester, I’m so, so ,so, pleased.
I was in dire need to get my mother’s phone fixed while in the hospital, Tech Bar was able to fix her phone and exceeded my expectations!!! They did it much faster than we had expected. I went here to replace my screen. They ended up having to fix something else as well underneath the screen. I picked up my phone and I noticed the screen was coming off. And my phone wouldn’t recognize my thumbprint and wouldn’t even let me add it again. It just wasn’t working. After reading the comments about how people would go back and they wouldn’t fix it or just make it worse, I was super nervous and thought the worst. I went in and the guy who helped was super nice right off the bat. He fixed my screen and when the thumbprint still didn’t work, he completely replaced it again and made sure everything was okay underneath. No dust or anything. The thumbprint still didn’t work, but he explained why and everything. I didn’t leave upset because I know they did their best. And today, just a day after leaving, it has started working again! Great place and friendly staff.

I was struggling to get service between two service providers and finally decided to find a third party to help. Fortunately, I came here because Bree was able to help me immensely. She was able to transfer my SIM card to a compatible phone. The process was so quick. I wish I had stopped in several weeks ago when I was having issues. Hi, I was on vacation and my phone went bad, I stopped in shopping for a used one. They had a few to choose from and ended up with S9 Plus, which works great for a fair price. Two competent individuals who knew their craft well. Highly recommend. I also felt safe and secure seeing he was carrying a firearm for my protection.
